1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the $LOTTO platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and $LOTTO.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited
  • Have a compatible Solana wallet to participate in lottery drawings

3. Platform Description

$LOTTO is a decentralized lottery platform built on the Solana blockchain. Users can purchase lottery tickets using $LOTTO tokens. The winner of each lottery draw receives 90% of the total ticket sales, while 10% is retained as a platform fee for operations, development, and maintenance.

4. Token Purchases and Lottery Tickets

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Ticket prices and draw schedules are determined by the Platform and may change at any time
  • Winnings are distributed automatically via smart contract to the winner's Solana wallet
  • The Platform is not responsible for any errors in wallet addresses provided by users

5. Fair Play and Random Selection

Our lottery drawings utilize on-chain verifiable random functions (VRF) to ensure fair and transparent winner selection. All draw results are publicly verifiable on the Solana blockchain. We do not and cannot manipulate lottery outcomes.

6. Risks and Disclaimers

By using this Platform, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and may result in significant financial loss
  • Lottery participation involves risk of losing your entire stake
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your winnings

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Platform's smart contracts
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain unfair advantages
  • Interfere with the Platform's operations or other users' experience
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent Platform rules

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, $LOTTO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
